How do I place an order on SPILLED? 

Ordering is simple—just add your items to the cart and head to checkout when you're ready. We  recommend creating an account for faster checkout and access to your order history. After  placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from orders@spilleddenim.com. If you  don’t receive it, feel free to reach out to info@spilleddenim.com with your order number. 

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay,  and Afterpay, so you can break your payment into installments. Your payment is securely  processed, and you can save your card for future purchases. 

How does your presale work? 

If pre-orders are available, it will be noted on the product page along with the estimated shipping  date. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation once it’s en route. For each new drop, we have a  presale timeline before items officially become available. If you’ve signed up for Exclusive  Access, you’ll receive notifications before the presale launches and get early access before it  goes live on the website. 

If an item is sold out, will it be restocked? 

Due to our drop-based collections, once an item is sold out, it may not return. However, we  restock items with high demand. If an item you want is sold out, click the “Notify Me” button to  get updates on restocks—it also increases the likelihood of us bringing that style back. 

How do I care for my SPILLED item? 

Treat your SPILLED pieces with care. We recommend gentle washing or dry cleaning. Wash  with like colors only, as our natural indigo dye may fade or bleed over time, creating a unique  character. Store your items in a cool, dry place, and avoid exposure to direct sunlight or oily  products. 

What is your return/exchange policy? 

We offer returns on all items for exchanges or store credit. Due to the limited-edition nature of  our drops, we do not offer refunds. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must be  unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in brand-new condition with all original tags and security tags  intact. Exchanges for a different size are available within 30 days of receiving your order,  subject to availability. If an exchange isn't possible, store credit for the original purchase amount  will be provided, valid for 2 years

For domestic returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label. International customers are  responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. If you receive a damaged or  defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for an exchange(spilled return policy (…) (spilled shipping policy…). 

How do I track my order? 

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this  number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website. If you have trouble tracking your  order, contact us at info@spilleddenim.com

How does shipping work? 

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders that include a full set or two items. For other orders, we  offer: 

  • USPS Ground (3-5 business days): $15 
  • 2-Day Shipping: $30 
  • Next-Day Shipping: $45 

International shipping rates and options vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.  Please note that international customers are responsible for duties and taxes, which can be paid  at checkout or upon delivery, depending on your country’s customs regulations. Tracking  information will be provided once your order has shipped(spilled shipping policy…). 

Can I cancel or change my order after it’s been placed? 

Once an order is placed, we start processing it immediately. If you need to make changes or  cancel your order, contact us at orders@spilleddenim.com as soon as possible. If your order  hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate the changes. For orders that have already  shipped, you can initiate a return once the item is received. If the desired replacement item is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit for future purchases, including upcoming drops.

Where are your products made? 

All SPILLED pieces are ethically made in Los Angeles using premium materials, including deadstock KAIHARA Japanese denim and Italian-sourced zippers. We prioritize sustainability  and fair wages throughout our production process. 

Do you offer international shipping?

Do your items ever go on sale? 

Due to the craftsmanship that goes into every piece, we don’t put our styles on sale. However,  our exclusive members occasionally receive special discount codes. Sign up for further details.
