Return Policy
We offer returns on all items for exchange or store credit. Due to the unique nature of our drops, we do not offer refunds, as our collections are limited-edition.
Eligibility for Store Credit or Exchange
- Exchanges for a different size are available within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to stock availability.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in brand-new condition with all original tags and security tags intact. Items that show signs of wear, use, or are missing tags will not qualify for an exchange or store credit.
Exchange Process
- We offer exchanges for a different size, color, or item of equal value from the same collection (subject to availability). If an exchange is not possible, store credit for the original purchase amount will be provided. All original security tags must be intact to be eligible for exchange or store credit.
- If the requested item is out of stock, store credit will automatically be issued.
Store Credit
- Store credit will be issued as a digital code for future purchases and will be valid for 2 Years from the date of issuance.
- Store credit cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
Return Shipping
- Domestic Returns: A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for exchanges within the U.S.
- International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs taxes for international orders. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will promptly arrange an exchange.
